Dual-stage Isolation High PFC Flicker-free 0-10V Dimming LED Driver Solution

In response to the high-performance dual-stage LED driver requirements, beon has developed a new front-stage single-stage constant voltage + rear-stage constant current module with PWM dimming dual-stage architecture to achieve PFC>0.95, THD<10, and support full voltage input 90~277V , wide range of output voltage, flicker <0.4%, output overshoot current <3%, overall machine efficiency >92% (AC input 230V);

The subsequent constant current module uses a digital-analog combined control chip, which integrates an analog precision detection circuit and a digital processing circuit. It can support 100KHZ PWM dimming frequency, dimming depth <0.1%, and dimming step <0.1%;

The overall circuit is more streamlined, the overall efficiency is higher, the PFC and THD electrical parameters are better, the stroboscopic treatment is more thorough (stroboscopic <0.4%), the protection function is more complete, the post-stage constant current module has no EMI/EMC interference, and dimming The depth and effect are better, and the overall cost is lower;
